PREREQUISITE SUPERVISOR - BEACHCOMBER CATERING

Beachcomber Catering is looking for a motivated Prerequisite Supervisor to join their Prerequisite Team.

Main responsibilities:

• Assign colleagues their duties and inspects work for conformance to Standard of Procedure
• Inspect building and common areas, including stairways and sections, for cleanliness
• Establish and educate colleagues on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards
• Investigate complaints regarding prerequisite service and equipment, and takes corrective action
• Record data regarding work assignments and prepares periodic reports
• Examine room to determine need for repairs or replacement of furniture or equipment, and makes recommendations to management
• Drive the  auditing process to ensure the building is clean and safe.
