💻 What You’ll Do

• Roll out Restaurant digital solutions for new clients—order taking, billing, ... link with other modules like stock management.
• Train and support users so they feel confident and empowered
• Create user guides and process documentation that actually make sense
• Collaborate on feature development to improve the solution
• Test and validate applications to ensure smooth operations

🧠 What You Bring

• A problem-solving mindset and a passion for creating value through technology
• The ability to turn client needs into digitalized process flows
• Solid experience in business process design
• Experience in client support using a ticketing system (eg : FlexDesk, AnyDesk, ServiceDeskPlus, …) will be an advantage

• Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities

✅ What You’ll Need

• A strong knowledge of IT tools in the restauration / hospitality sector (POS, PMS, Order taking systems, ...)
• 3+ years in a similar role (IT implementation and support, etc.)
• A valid driving license
• A proven track record of making clients happy
