We are looking for an Outlet Manager to join our dynamic team in Domino's Pizza!
Overview of the Role 🔍
To lead and motivate the outlet team to ensure smooth operations and excellent service in line with company standards.

• Participate in training programs and implement learnings effectively.
• Ensure team members receive adequate on-the-job training and development.
• Maintain open communication with superiors regarding operational matters and team performance.
• Enforce team discipline and escalate any issues to the superior or HR Manager as needed.
• Facilitate smooth shift handovers and ensure team cohesion.
• Support team welfare, safety, and professional growth to build a strong and efficient team.
• Conduct performance appraisals and identify training needs.
• Foster positive working relationships with other departments and outlets.
• Ensure team grooming and appearance align with company standards.
• Supervise daily operations to deliver optimal service and guest care.
• Maintain high standards of guest service and handle complaints with appropriate follow-up.
• Ensure outlet setup, cleanliness, and ambiance meet brand standards.
• Assist in service delivery when required, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and oversee proper use of POS systems.
• Contribute innovative ideas to improve operations and service.
• Promote and participate in company sustainability and eco-friendly initiatives.
• Ensure proper staffing levels during all shifts.
• Manage the outlet budget effectively and monitor operational costs.
• Monitor team leave schedules and ensure adequate coverage.
• Control expenses and minimize shortages.
• Oversee maintenance and inventory of outlet equipment.
• Conduct regular inventories and manage stock levels appropriately.
• Review and approve store requisitions, maintaining par stock levels.
• Encourage energy-saving practices within the outlet.
• Ensure team compliance with Quality Management Systems.
• Uphold Safety & Hygiene standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Quality Manager to establish and implement quality procedures.
• Lead daily team briefings and debriefings.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products and services to guests.
• Comply with all the sustainability commitments and practices implemented within business units.
• Notify the Sustainable Development Department of any matters that may pose any impact to the environment and society.
Ideal Candidate Profile 🎯
• SC/HSC or equivalent, with professional training.
• Diploma in Food & Beverage Management from a recognized institution (preferred).
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in F&B operations, including 2 years as Outlet Supervisor in hotels or restaurants.
• Computer literate: fluent in English and French (a third language is a plus).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Service-oriented with attention to detail.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
• Passionate about hospitality and guest satisfaction.
