Ordertaker - Restaurant Booking

Take guests’ orders by telephone and deliver effective and efficient service to guests in rooms and various catering functions as per standards and provide administrative support to the service

- SC level or equivalent, professional training and experience

- At least 1 years work-related experience

- Fluent in English and French, a third language would be an advantage

- Excellent telephone handling skills and techniques
