What responsibilities will you have?

  • Proven functional experience on Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) or any other HR systems

  • Experience in implementing HCM modules on Oracle Cloud HCM or other HR systems namely Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Learning, Recruiting and Payroll

  • Maintain skills in Oracle applications process design and configuration

  • Oracle Cloud HCM application design, development, integration, unit testing and deployment

  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment

  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

  • Desire to work in an information systems environment

  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

 

What academic qualifications do you need?
 
  • Degree in Software Engineer or equivalent
 
What skills & experience are we looking for?

  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience
