We are seeking to recruit Operations Manager who has exposure in Payment Intermediary Industry including knowledge of AML framework in Mauritius.

Reports to: Managing Director
Job Summary:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Manage and optimize operational processes, including transaction processing, customer support, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage operational teams, including customer support, transaction processing, and reporting.
- Collaborate effectively with the finance team for efficient merchants’ transaction reconciliation and settlements
- Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensuring the Company complies with all regulatory requirements in Mauritius
- Ensuring healthy collaboration with other partners and 3rd parties like the banks and merchants.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Must have led or being a part of the team that implemented one or both of the ISO27001 and PCI-DSS standards
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the financial services or payment industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Understanding how payment system works end-to-end is a plus
- Working knowledge of CRM and other IT tools/software.
