Compagnie de Gros Cailloux Ltée is looking for a highly passionate and talented Operations Lead to join the Leisure team and is responsible for the operation, management and overall performance of the Leisure Operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise recreational activities to ensure optimum care and assistance to guests.
  • Establish and maintain effective employee relations.
  • Ensure that the Leisure areas are always attractive, clean and up to the set standards.
  • Plan, organise and coordinate entertainment events.
  • Assist in the daily administrative duties.
  • Monitor compliance to safety regulations and procedures.
  • Ensure customer experience is always of high-quality level.
  • Assist the department in managing the budget efficiently and effectively.

  Candidate profile:

  • Diploma or Degree level majoring in Operations Management or equivalent qualifications.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a similar position is desirable.
  • Strong team spirit and ability to manage a team.
  • Organised, ability to multitask and detail oriented.
  • Fully conversant with MS Office.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and innovative approach.
  • Able to effectively handle various priorities, organise workload and meet deadlines.
