Compagnie de Gros Cailloux Ltée is looking for a highly passionate and talented Operations Lead to join the Leisure team and is responsible for the operation, management and overall performance of the Leisure Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise recreational activities to ensure optimum care and assistance to guests.
- Establish and maintain effective employee relations.
- Ensure that the Leisure areas are always attractive, clean and up to the set standards.
- Plan, organise and coordinate entertainment events.
- Assist in the daily administrative duties.
- Monitor compliance to safety regulations and procedures.
- Ensure customer experience is always of high-quality level.
- Assist the department in managing the budget efficiently and effectively.
Candidate profile:
- Diploma or Degree level majoring in Operations Management or equivalent qualifications.
- A minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a similar position is desirable.
- Strong team spirit and ability to manage a team.
- Organised, ability to multitask and detail oriented.
- Fully conversant with MS Office.
- Excellent leadership, communication and innovative approach.
- Able to effectively handle various priorities, organise workload and meet deadlines.
