Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive Operations Coordinator to ensure smooth execution of all delivery operations. You will play a key role in managing our team of riders, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries while maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Operations Team, Admin Coordinator, and Management to maintain seamless operational performance.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
• Lead and supervise a team of delivery riders, ensuring timely dispatch and successful completion of all deliveries.
• Coordinate between delivery personnel, service providers, and restaurant partners to achieve delivery targets and operational goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum: Higher School Certificate (HSC)
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a dynamic environment

Additional Information:

• Shift-based role – flexibility across different schedules is required
