The role is to provide the administrative support to operations activities, which include production, transport, SHEQ and CES.
Production tasks includes
- To update stock of raw materials and spare parts on a daily basis on the accounting/production software;
- To process daily production
- To transfer accordingly finished products to different locations on the accounting/production software;
- To ensure that all documents and information from production and accounts departments are received in due time and query any missing and unusual record(s);
- To query about any discrepancies concerning production reports figures with your Manager;
- Do the coordination and follow-up to ensure that finished goods are delivered within agreed time frame;
- Give feedback to Indoor Sales Representatives on status of filled private cylinders;
- Follow up quotations from suppliers and delivery of material and spare parts;
- To ensure that raw materials requested from Main Store be properly secured and counted on a monthly basis.
- To implement and establish housekeeping standards within the Production department;
- To take minutes during Production communication meetings;
- Maintain the purchase order procedures.
- Assist the Group Operations Manager & Production Superintendant to produce weekly and monthly report;
- Print Cylinder Tags as per requests.
- Batch Cards printing
- Issue Job Cards and track progress
- Track Bundles, PCCs and Dewars
- Generate report on Cylinder Ageing
Transport:
- Second the Transport & Planning Office when on leave
- Monitor Maintenance Costs
Transport tasks includes
- When seconded for duty, plan deliveries and assign delivery vehicle.
- Update maintenance cost on GPS system
- Plan Cleaning/washing of vehicles
- Prepare Fuel consumption report
- Print Cylinder tags for Transport Department
SHEQ:
- Assist in Administrative SHEQ Tasks
- Second for Duty for release of batches
- COC certificates
SHEQ tasks includes
- Generate Traccess reports
- Purity Analysis
