Operations Admin Assistant
Key / Primary Responsibilities
Support Efficient Warehouse Operations
- Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse operations, including data entry, inventory tracking, scheduling, and document management.
Maintain Accurate Records
- Ensure all inventory, shipment, receiving, and operational records are updated accurately and on time, in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Enhance Communication
- Act as a liaison between warehouse teams, management, and other departments to facilitate clear communication and timely resolution of operational issues.
Optimize Workflow
- Assist in streamlining administrative processes and identifying improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
Coordinate Logistics Support
- Support logistics activities by coordinating inbound and outbound shipments and preparing all required documentation.
Foster a Safe and Organized Environment
- Contribute to a clean, safe, and well-organized working environment by adhering to and promoting company safety standards and best practices.
Education, Experience & Skills Required
- HSC qualification with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Warehouse or Operations Administration.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
- Fully computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Humble, trustworthy, reliable, and positive attitude with a strong team spirit.
