Minimum Requirements:
- HSC
- Good communication skills, written and spoken English & French
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Commitment to consistently providing a high level of customer service
Experience and skills:
- At least two years of experience as Online Sales Representative
- Computer literate
- Highly confident
- Active listening Skills
- Business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target is driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads: identify potential customers using a variety of sources such as online searches, social media.
- Present, promote and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling or warm calling.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve sales target
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply Sales Manager with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
