Minimum Requirements:

• HSC
• Good communication skills, written and spoken English & French
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Commitment to consistently providing a high level of customer service

Experience and skills:

• At least two years of experience as Online Sales Representative
• Computer literate
• Highly confident
• Active listening Skills
• Business professional relationships
• Highly motivated and target is driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads: identify potential customers using a variety of sources such as online searches, social media.
• Present, promote and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling or warm calling.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve sales target
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Supply Sales Manager with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Continuously improve through feedback
