We are looking for an Office Attendant/Driver to join MEDINE GROUP | Shared Services (Workplace Services).

 

JOB SUMMARY:

Driving vehicles and performing messenger and attendant duties. Providing general support and assistance to ensure the daily operations smoothly.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive the vehicles proficiently and safely in strict compliance with Road Traffic Regulations
  • Ensure that vehicles are covered with appropriate insurance, fitness and road license.
  • Check daily fuel, oil and water levels and tyre pressure.
  • Report accidents immediately.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and good running condition of the motor vehicles allocated
  • Run official errands, despatch of correspondence, documents etc.
  • Be discreet in all matters related to the assignment, including confidential information seen or heard
  • Operate office equipment such as photocopying, binding machines etc..
  • Provide attendant and messenger services, and supporting services as and when required;
  • Perform any other related duties as may be assigned by the People Partner/Receptionist and Admin Assistant or any other designated Officer.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the office, including Kitchen, meeting rooms, and common areas.
  • Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
  • Assist in receiving and distributing, packages, and office supplies.
  • Support staff with basic administrative tasks as required.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of office equipment and materials.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor to ensure smooth office operations.

 

CANDIDATE’S PROFILE:

  • 5 Years of experience
  • Holder of a valid Driving License to drive cars and vans with 15 – 30 seat capacity
  • Basic knowledge of mechanics and motor vehicle maintenance and repairs
  • Hardworking, self-motivated and pleasant personality and good communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to work outside normal hours
  • Trustworthy, committed and reliable
  • Be able to work independently as well as a team player when necessary.
