We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Office Attendant / Cleaner / Handy Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure a clean and well-maintained office environment, while assisting with basic maintenance and support tasks to facilitate the smooth running of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning of offices and common areas.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of office furniture, equipment, and premises.
- Assist with setting up meeting rooms and office events as required.
- Carry out minor maintenance and repair.
- Ensure that cleaning materials and supplies are properly stored and replenished when necessary.
- Run office errands, deliver internal mail, and provide basic logistical support when needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly to the Facility Officer.
Job Requirements
- Minimum secondary-level qualification.
- Proven experience in cleaning, maintenance, or a similar support role would be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain confidentiality.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair work.
- A valid driving licence will be an advantage.
