Key Responsabilities 

Safety and Security

  • Immediately report any work-related accidents or injuries to a supervisor.

  • Adhere to all company and departmental safety and emergency procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment.

  • Remain vigilant to any suspicious individuals or activities on the premises and report accordingly.

  • Identify and report unsafe working conditions or practices to appropriate personnel.

Policies and Procedures

  • Protect the confidentiality and privacy of guests, coworkers, and company information.

  • Follow all company guidelines, including uniform, grooming, and equipment usage standards.

  • Complete additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Guest Relations

  • Greet and acknowledge guests warmly, using names when possible.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest needs, concerns, or complaints using brand-specific service recovery techniques.

  • Anticipate guest preferences and personalize service where possible.

  • Provide assistance to guests with disabilities in accordance with company guidelines.

  • Offer local area knowledge and property information to enhance the guest experience.

Communication

  • Use clear, professional, and courteous communication with guests and team members.

  • Answer phones following proper etiquette and protocol.

  • Communicate work matters discreetly and professionally in appropriate settings.

Teamwork and Collaboration

  • Foster a respectful, inclusive, and team-oriented work environment.

  • Assist and support coworkers to ensure effective and timely service delivery.

  • Handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.

Operational Tasks

  • Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, including verifying guest identity, processing payments, assigning rooms, and issuing keys.

  • Maintain accurate guest records, billing, and room status in property management systems (e.g., OPERA, FOSSE).

  • Coordinate room readiness and guest needs with Housekeeping and other departments.

  • Process guest requests, transportation arrangements, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

  • Run daily reports, handle recordkeeping, and monitor financial transactions.

Cash Handling

  • Manage a cash drawer, process various forms of payment, and reconcile cash/receipts at the end of shifts according to accounting procedures.

Security and Incident Reporting

  • Notify appropriate departments regarding thefts, safety issues, or other incidents involving guests or property assets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Related Work Experience -  Atleast 2 years work experience is required 
  • Supervisory Experience - No supervisory experience is required
