Network Expert / Specialist Tier 3

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network solutions to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.

Responsibilities:

Design, deploy, and maintain large-scale, enterprise-level network solutions, including LAN, WAN, SDWAN, and data Centre networks

Knowledge in Wi-Fi heatmap

Lead the planning, configuration, and implementation of network hardware, software, and protocols

Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex network issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on operations

Monitor network performance, traffic, and security to proactively identify and address potential bottlenecks, vulnerabilities, or performance degradation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement network architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices

Conduct network capacity planning and provide recommendations for network expansion and scalability.

Configure and optimize network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and other network appliances

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and advancements in network engineering to propose innovative solutions and improve network performance

Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise in network engineering

Ensure compliance with security policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to network infrastructure.
