To be responsible for the collection & verification of all revenues from different point of sales and ensures the professional & smooth running of night audits.

 

Ensure that all cashiers are at their workstation and deal with any queries and problems.
Verify all bills of the day and ensures that guests have been properly charged; check amount, room number and client name.
Verify all payments made in regard to extras and input the necessary data.
Double-check all bills and ventilation for each point of sales and ensure the correct input on Opera.
Collect and verify all cash taking for bars & restaurants and other point of sales from Receptionist &  cashier and deposit into safe.
Collect all FOREX cash transactions, deposit into safe and draft FOREX summary sheet for the Front Office Receptionist.
Follow all established procedures to conduct and run Night Audit.
Check Opera and Micros reports, perform reconciliation and identify any discrepancies to be reported.
Submit Night Audit reports to the Front Office Controller and Micros reports to the F&B Controller with reconciliation and supporting documents.
Classify all bills and ventilation by point of sales and submit to the Front Office Controller.
Hand all ventilation for each point of sale to the Front Office Controller for filing.
Assist the Night Manager in overseeing all hotel operations during the night shift.
Supervise front desk staff and ensure efficient check-in/check-out procedures.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and urgency.
Perform nightly financial audits and end-of-day reporting using the hotel’s Property Management System (PMS).
Monitor room availability, rates, and occupancy; coordinate late arrivals and early departures.
Ensure all security procedures are followed; respond to emergency situations when needed.
Prepare shift reports and communicate any issues or incidents to morning management.
Support wake-up calls, guest transportation arrangements, and other concierge services as needed.
