To replenish all mini-bars in rooms, in accordance with the Hotel’s standards.

Mini Bar Operations
• Refills mini bars and works on a scheduled program of cleaning and defrosting mini bars.
• Manages a rotation on slow moving products and returns them to the store before they expire.
• Checks all departures rooms and closes the mini bars.
Billing Procedures
• Charges all mini bar consumptions on a same day basis following established billing procedures.
• Presents bill to client for settlement.
• Transmits all relevant information with regard to early or late departures to the Duty Manager to ensure that billing is done.
