Mini Club Assistant - Paradis Beachcomber

Main responsibilities:

Assists Superior in preparation of entertainment programs and in ensuring the proper implementation and professional execution of all activities;
Receives instructions from Superior on the service and ensures the smooth running of the Mini Club facilities and activities;
Provides information on Mini Club facilities, activities, security and safety measures;
Establishes good rapport with children under his/her responsibility and propose activities appropriate to age and interest;
Actively participates in and monitors children activities;
Ensures children’s security and safety during Mini Club activities.

Qualifications and Profile:

School Certificate or equivalent;
Certificate in Child Care & First Aid;
Previous professional experience in related function;
Good communication and organizational skills;
Should possess a pleasant and outgoing personality;
High ethical standards;
Able and willing to perform odd hours of work including Sundays, public holidays and cyclonic days;
Fluent in written and spoken English and French;
Knowledge a third language will be definite advantage.
