Innodis Ltd has challenging work opportunity for the post of Merchandiser- Employé de Rayon Merchandiser- Employé de Rayon will have the opportunity to work within the Commercial Division of Innodis Ltd

Brief duties and responsibilities:

• Work as a team with the Sales Representatives to achieve all volume targets.
• Ensure proper loading of materials as per Sales Representatives instructions and ensure proper storage and placement in the outlet.
• Ensure that the cooling equipment is cooling efficiently and is in good and clean condition.
• Responsible for the merchandising of all coolers, shelves and displays, placing point of sale material, store room management and the proper rotation of stock.
• Aid the Sales Representatives to achieve a complete and efficient outlet development.
• Wear prescribed uniform adhering to company dress policy.

Profile

The ideal candidate should:

• Holder of a School Certificate
• 1 year experience will be an advantage.
• Good communication and planning skills

The post will carry a competitive salary package which will be commensurate to related qualifications and experience.
