Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, dispensers and other healthcare facilities.
- Understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our pharmaceutical products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory,
- Provide product education, presentations, and demonstrations to healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism and compliance.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, with a can-do, problem-solving attitude.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for driving business growth and exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with the island’s market dynamics is a plus.
- Full manual driving license and experience with MS Office.
