Mechanical, Plumbing & Electrical Manager

The Mechanical, Plumbing & Electrical (M&E) Manager is responsible for leading and managing all technical operations related to mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all M&E setup, maintenance & repairs
• Maintain equipment inventory & history files
• Lead and support the M&E technical team
• Oversee equipment commissioning & performance reporting
• Ensure safety compliance and conduct training
• Monitor budgets & coordinate with site infrastructure teams

Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience in M&E operations & maintenance
• Vocational qualification or Degree/MSc in relevant field
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent knowledge of safety, compliance & equipment standards

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks & inspection protocols
• Experience in commissioning and M&E budget control
• Proficiency in reporting and technical documentation
