Systems Building Contracting Ltd, a subsidiary Company of IBL Group is looking for a passionate Mechanical Engineer to join its team. The job incumbent will have to report to the Head of the Mechanical Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Design mechanical system as per clients'/ consultants' specifications
- Close follow-up on technical compliance of electrical installations
- Manage project teams and organise site works
- Follow-up progress of works with Project Coordinators and Supervisors
- Monitor procurement and quality of works and products
- Oversee budgeted cost against actual cost of project
- Preparation of project payments applications
- Conduct site surveys
- Attend meetings with clients/ main contractor/ consultants
- Any othe relevant tasks
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 6-7 years of working experience in similar position
- Fully conversant with mechanical shop drawings and construction drawings
- Experience in MEP will be an advantage
- Registered with the Council of Registered Professional Engineer of Mauritius (CRPE) will be an advantage

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Proactiveness
- Computer literate and fully conversant with MS Office applications
- Valid driving license
