Brand, PR & Corporate Communication
- Create and implement integrated communication strategies for Senator Casinos and the Senator Smile Foundation based on Group guidelines
- Ensure all communication respects local advertising restrictions and regulatory requirements.
- Build strong PR, media and community relations to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Drive corporate communication that supports trust, responsibility and community engagement.
Player & Community Engagement
- Develop alternative communication methods to reach current and potential players while respecting advertising limitations.
- Oversee player communication across all 8 casino locations (POS)
- Lead local partnerships, community programs and engagement activities.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Manage all social media platforms: TikTok (employer branding), Facebook, Instagram and additional channels for both brands.
- Supervise content creation, posting, community management and analytics reporting.
- Oversee website management and updates for both Senator brands.
- Coordinate creative and digital campaigns that comply with regulatory frameworks.
CSR & Foundation Communication
- Promote the work, mission and activities of the Senator Smile Foundation.
- Collaborate with the Charity Activation Manager to highlight initiatives supporting children in need.
Employer Branding
- Develop engaging employer communication, especially on TikTok and recruitment-focused channels.
- Support internal communication aligned with company culture and values.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and support the Marketing Specialist and Charity Activation Manager and online agencies
- Manage budgets, timelines and relationships with external partners or agencies.
- Report performance results and recommendations to the Country Director and work closely with Group marketing leader.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing or communication
- Education in marketing or communication field (BA)
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge of PR, digital marketing, social media and corporate communication.
- Experience working in regulated industries or environments with advertising restrictions is an advantage.
