Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
- Develop and implement integrated annual marketing and PR plans, blending online and offline tactics to boost visibility and occupancy.
- Coordinate with Sales, Spa, F&B, and Operations teams to align campaigns and promotions with commercial objectives.
- Manage marketing collateral—from brochures and digital content to signage and newsletters—ensuring brand consistency.
Brand & Digital Management
- Serve as brand guardian: ensure all content, messaging, and campaigns reflect brand identity.
- Oversee website updates, OTA listings, email campaigns, and metasearch ads to maximize reach.
- Manage social media strategy and execution, drive engagement, monitor online reputation and grow loyalty.
Public Relations & Media
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and agencies. Draft and release press kits, press releases; organize media visits and events.
- Act as press liaison and spokesperson to shape public perception and coverage. Support influencer and press event activations.
Performance Monitoring
- Track campaign effectiveness through KPIs (ROI, engagement, occupancy uplift) and generate performance reports.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and market trends benchmarking to inform strategy.
Budget & Vendor Coordination
- Manage the marketing budget; liaise with agencies, vendors, and suppliers to secure collateral and campaign execution.
Internal Communications & Support
- Support internal communication via newsletters, internal updates, and guest-facing content.
- Collaborate with regional and corporate marketing teams to ensure message alignment and strategic continuity.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Hospitality.
- Experience: 3–5 years in marketing/PR, preferably within luxury hospitality and resort experience preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication in English (French a plus).
- Proficiency with marketing tools—content management system, analytics platforms, social media, email marketing, creative design tools.
- Attributes: Organized, proactive, creative, team-oriented, with a flair for storytelling and luxury branding.
