The ideal candidate will play an essential role in executing marketing strategies and enhancing brand visibility. In addition, this role involves administrative tasks, including budget monitoring, organizing events and product launches.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and evaluate comprehensive marketing plans to support organizational goals
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Create compelling and relevant content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns and website
- Manage and update content on digital platforms to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Monitor and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources
- Provide regular reports on budget utilization, variances, and recommendations for optimization
- Assist in the design, production and distribution of materials to enhance brand visibility
- Assist in timely and cost-effective material delivery
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events to promote brand awareness and engagement
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful product launches and to ensure seamless communication and alignment of marketing efforts with sales objectives
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum degree holder in Marketing, Business Management or a related field
- At least three (3) years’ work experience in related field
- Certifications and experiences in digital marketing will be advantageous
- Event planning and execution experience will be advantageous
Required Skills and Aptitudes:
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Creative and innovative thinker
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Results-driven with a commitment to meeting and exceeding targets
- Familiarity with POS material preparation and distribution
