Reporting to the Sales and Business Development Executive, the Job incumbent will be responsible for planning and performing follow-ups on duties assigned and will be involved in various activities such as communications, PR, social media, events, content creation and corporate account management.
- Set and plan social media and communication campaigns and strategies
- Collaborate with C-Care Marketing team for creation of engaging content for all platforms, including blog pieces, articles, social media posts, newsletters, and videos
- Engage with online community and respond to comments and requests
- Relay community feedback to relevant internal stakeholders
- Liaise with other centers to stay updated on new marketing initiatives, service developments, and to ensure brand consistency
- Be updated with lastest digital technology trends
- Plan and coordinate events efficiently
- Manage corporate portfolios
- Perform Market/Competitor Analysis
What are we looking for?
- Degree in Marketing or Equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience
- Team player with excellent customer care skills
- Ability to cope with a stressful environment
- Computer Literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook 365 etc.…)
- Knowledge in graphic design
