Duties & Responsibilities
Support in Strategy Execution
Assist the Marketing Manager in rolling out the mall's marketing strategy.
Ensure the timely and effective implementation of marketing action plans.
Marketing Campaigns & Implementation
Execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, on-site).
Create or oversee the creation of communication materials (posters, newsletters, etc.) for events, announcements, promotions, and mall advertising.
Manage and schedule social media activity with the social media service provider.
Events Coordination
Support the planning and execution of mall events.
Select and coordinate with vendors, manage logistics, and oversee event communication.
Ensure smooth on-site delivery during events.
Communication
Create or oversee the creation of promotional materials (e.g., posters, brochures, newsletters).
Maintain brand consistency across all public-facing content.
Tenant Relations
Engage with tenants to promote their involvement in mall activities.
Provide them with marketing tools and support.
Conduct regular meetings to understand their needs and performance.
Prepare and share reports following meetings with tenants.
Exhibitions
Coordinate bookings for promotional or exhibition areas.
Manage the administrative process and communication with exhibitors.
Coordination with the Facilities team for installation or dismantling.
Update schedules and tracking tables for requests and bookings.
Reporting
Track and analyse the performance of campaigns and marketing actions.
Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
Monitor visitor footfall daily and monthly; identify trends and suggest corrective measures if needed.
Other Duties
Any other cognate duties as may be necessary in the circumstances and/or required by the employer.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor degree in marketing.
Proven experience in marketing, preferably in retail or shopping mall environments.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
