We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to support business development and brand growth across the Cyberati Group’s diverse portfolio.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and market opportunities through research, networking, and digital outreach to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Client Engagement: Represent Cyberati Group at meetings and events. Build lasting relationships by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Proposals & Presentations: Develop persuasive proposals and marketing materials. Confidently present service offerings and solutions to prospective clients.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, manage digital content, and support brand visibility through events, social media, and webinars.
  • Industry Focus: Drive growth in key sectors (ICT, finance, real estate, consulting). Track market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to cross-sell services and align client solutions. Share market insights to refine offerings.
  • Sales & Reporting: Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate CRM records. Provide regular updates on pipeline activity and campaign effectiveness.
  • Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, upholding Cyberati Group’s values and professionalism in all business development activities.

Profile Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Postgraduate qualification (e.g., MBA) would be an advantage.

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing and business development, with a proven track record in service-based industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to position and promote premium or luxury services in local and international markets.
  • Experience in the offshore sector in Mauritius will be a strong advantage.
  • Understanding of the conciergerie or lifestyle services industry preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and client relationship skills.
  • Highly adaptable, creative thinker with a strategic mindset and commercial acumen.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and performance analytics.
  • Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills in English and French.
  • Well-organised, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
