The main role of the Marketing Executive is to assist the Marketing Director/Manager in creating the marketing plans and executing such plans. This involves all activities leading to the creation of leads for the company.
Our Client is seeking to recruit a Marketing Executive for its operation.
Responsibilities:
. To execute marketing campaigns/events.
. To research articles and/or books to be sent to referral sources.
. To manage office marketing systems.
. To liaise and network with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations, referrals leads etc.
. To keep calling engagements.
. To arrange and support speaking arrangements, seminars and events.
. To operate TEAM 100 and PCR 250 networks and systems.
. To arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials at their stated time to the target audience.
. To maintain company CRM software and to ensure such is precise and updated.
. To monitor competitor and market activities and report.
. To conduct market research.
. To contribute with management on the marketing plans and strategies.
. To participate in all media activities related to the company.
. To perform all marketing activities as required per marketing plan. (Includes cold calling, prospect visit, demonstration and more).
. To manage the marketing budget and manage report on the ROI on each campaign.
. To produce all the relevant marketing and management report (for the marketing department).
. To perform any cognate duties relevant to the role.
Profile:
. Bachelor degree in Marketing Management, Sales Management, Business Administration and/or similar qualifications.
. At least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
. Network and rolodex are important.
. Independently works under broad supervision and can manage one owns time efficiently.
. Follows principle of project and quality management.
. Strong phone skills are essential, and application must be comfortable speaking with all types of people.
. Experience in using CRM concepts/software.
. Expert selling and negotiations skills.
. Extrovert personality.
. Good team player
. Ability to deal with simultaneous tasks / projects.
. Meticulous and detail oriented
