The Marketing & Communication Executive is responsible for supporting the development, execution, and coordination of all marketing, branding, communication, and promotional activities of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Management
- Support the execution of the annual marketing and communication plan in alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms and materials.
- Assist in the development of campaigns, promotions, and brand activations.
- Coordinate production of marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, signage, digital assets, etc.).
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Manage and update social media platforms (content planning, posting, engagement, reporting).
- Support website content updates and digital visibility initiatives.
- Coordinate content creation including visuals, captions, stories, and videos.
- Monitor online reputation and guest feedback platforms.
Communication & PR
- Draft and distribute internal and external communications.
- Assist in media relations, press releases, and PR activities.
- Support event communication and promotional campaigns.
- Liaise with agencies, suppliers, media partners, and designers.
Events & Promotions
- Support planning and execution of marketing events, launches, and activations.
- Coordinate logistics, branding materials, and communication for events.
- Track performance and effectiveness of campaigns and promotions.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare marketing reports and performance analysis.
- Maintain marketing calendars and communication schedules.
- Manage marketing inventory and asset library.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in marketing, communication, hospitality, or related industry.
- Experience in hospitality, luxury brands, or service industry is an advantage.
