MANAGEMENT TRAINEE CMT is looking for Management Trainees to work alongside managers and accept delegated responsibilities and duties with the goal of eventually becoming a manager.

Responsible for working alongside managers and accepting delegated responsibilities and duties with the goal of eventually becoming a manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Receive training and performs duties in areas such as Merchandising, Sales & Marketing, Planning, Operations and IT.
• Learn line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business.
• Observe experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties.
• Set performance goals and objectives with senior management.
• Work with the management team to plan and direct the work of the organization.
• Use company reports to analyze sales, gross profit and inventory activity.
• Identify trends and recommends proactive or remedial action to manage business situations.
• After successful training, candidate will be elevated to a Management position.
KEY SKILLS
• Strong written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Highly motivated person
• Hard worker
• Exposure to leadership skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Having an international exposure would be an advantage (through studies, travelling...)
• Exposure to software programming and information systems would be an advantage
Minimum requirements: Diploma/Degree holders with a good HSC in Maths, or any science subject will be an advantage for the job listing.
