To carry out technical maintenance works across electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general building services, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely delivery of maintenance services
The primary responsibility of Maintenance Technican is to To carry out technical maintenance works across electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general building services, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely delivery of maintenance services.
Being in this role, you will be involved but not limited to:
- Troubleshoot, repair, maintain and operate the cold (cold rooms and chiller) storage facility system
- Troubleshoot, repair, maintain and operate the hot and cold F&B equipment of the park
- Troubleshoot, repair, maintain and operate the Air Conditioning units of the park
- Troubleshoot, repair, maintain and operate the different rides (Tulawaka, Pangia rides and Toboggan) in the park
- Maintain a safe working environment, eliminate equipment downtime
- Service, repair, adjust and test machines, devices, moving parts and equipment that operates primarily on the basis of mechanical principles
- Service, repair, calibrate, regulate, fine-tune or test machines, devices and equipment that operate primarily on the basis of electrical or electronic principles
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment (F&B equipment, rides and Air Conditioning Unit)
- Electricity – General basic electrical installations, replace of bulbs & electrical equipment and research of fault on circuits
- Plumbing – General plumbing duties including basic installation, unblocking of pipes, replacement of taps and faulty equipment
- Servicing, testing, repairs of pumps and generators and various electrical equipment
- Performs preparatory work for maintenance activities, including gathering equipment, materials and supplies, loading and unloading materials, and laying out materials and equipment for projects
- Performs a variety of routine physical labor tasks, depending upon area of assignment
- Performs cleanup at the end of the day or when the job is completed, including picking up tools, spills, and debris, cleaning work areas and performing touch-up work as needed
- Attend to emergency ‘interventions’ e.g. burst water pipes, power failure, blocked drains
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Hold Min NTC Qualifications in Electromechanical / Electronics / Electrical or any other alternate acceptable qualification
- At least 3 years of related work experience in technician roles
- Team Player
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Demonstrate a high level of troubleshooting, comprehension and operational experience
- Flexibility in work hours
