Maintenance Technician

To install, maintain and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
To identify maintenance risks on equipment.
To diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
To clean, adjust and repair systems and conduct preventive maintenance on AC Equipment.
To perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
To ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
To comply with service standards, work instructions and requirements.
To carry out minor electrical installations and troubleshoot/Interventions
To inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.
To repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures.
To develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures.
To manage heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality.
To plan and schedule repairs.
To conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.
To perform general maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting, and carpentry.
To help develop and implement the budget for the maintenance department.
To maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies.
