To supervise proper running works of FM services on different sites.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the job incumbent will be mainly required to:
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, supervise and attend to maintenance works and emergency call outs
- Prepare planning for site activity
- Monitor site progress and quality of works executed
- Establish productivity targets with technical staff at operative level
- Monitor all stock of spare parts, tools and equipment and ensure their safekeeping and proper usage
- Supervise and motivate maintenance team and ensure high standards of performance at all times
- Attend to customer queries promptly and efficiently
- Check clients’ specifications
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or any equivalent qualifications
- At least 2 - 3 years of working experience in Mechanical and Electrical services
- Prior experience in HVAC & Electrical would be an advantage
Other Requisites:
- Holder of a valid driving license
- Good PR and communication skills
- Flexible to work odd hours
