Maintenance Supervisor (2617-MSUP)

Our client, a specialist in water treatment in Mauritius, is seeking to recruit a Maintenance Supervisor who will report to the Maintenance Manager.

Responsibilities:

Technical Support:

• Provide technical support to technicians on complex interventions.
• Validate technical diagnostics carried out on installations.
• Assist the commercial teams (B2B and B2C) with technical aspects related to projects, contracts, or specific interventions.

Quality Control:

• Monitor the quality of installations and completed interventions.
• Ensure that work complies with company standards and technical requirements.
• Conduct technical inspections of installations.

Technical Analysis:

• Analyse recurring failures and propose improvement solutions.
• Identify improvement areas to optimize the reliability of equipment and installations.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of technical procedures.

Reporting:

• Provide regular technical reporting to the Maintenance Manager.
• Report anomalies, technical risks, and improvement opportunities.

Training:

• Participate in the technical training of technicians.
• Contribute to the development of the team's technical skills.

Profile:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical / Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools.
