Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for the maintenance and repair work in the building. He will manage a team of workers, regularly inspect sites, execute work as necessary, maintain equipment and assign workers to various projects.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Hire and train maintenance department staff.
• Organise and oversee the schedule and work of maintenance staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.
• Evaluate systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed.
• Develop maintenance procedures and schedules.
• Ensure maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Ensure proper follow-up of Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance Plan.
• Perform any other cognate duties.
