Machines Sales Representative

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sell and Market Caterpillar (earth moving equipment) product lines.
  • Generate new customer accounts as well as service and maintain existing accounts.
  • Analyse customer needs and interests and determine how company products can best meet their needs.
  • Achieve sales targets and forecast as established by the department.
  • Collaborate with the workshop team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree / Diploma in Sales, Marketing or Engineering
  • Experience in a commercial environment will be an advantage
  • An established salesperson with a vast network in the machine equipment area
  • Good organisational, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Must be available to work odd hours and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to be multi tasked with a logical approach to problem solving
  • A valid driving license
