The Logistics Assistant will mainly be to support the logistic operations of the company. To assist in coordinating and preparing documentation and ensure smooth movement of operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in receiving, checking and storing of goods
- Prepare and process delivery documents
- Coordinate with warehouse staffs and drivers
- Maintain inventory of goods
- Ensure proper housekeeping, cleanliness, labelling and storage of goods
- Support loading and unloading of goods when required
- Maintain filing of logistics documents
Job Requirements
- Minimum secondary school certificate
- Experience in Logistics and Warehousing
- Basic computer skills
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Physically fit for handling goods if required
- Attention to details
- Time Management
- Teamwork
- Problem solving
