Reporting to the Centre Manager, the Leasing Coordinator’s main responsibilities will be to coordinate the leasing activities, leasing transactions and legal documentation for our Malls.
Main responsibilities
- Prepare reminder letters and renewal agreements for expiring leases
- Process applications for new lease, lease renewal, lease variation
- Maintain rent rolls and related lease schedules and databases
- Prepare termination/expiry letters when required
- Prepare letters between landlord and tenants
- Provide support in the interpretation of lease documents - assist in answering tenant questions
- Prepare new tenant leases and offer letters
- Prepare memos for Finance/ Account Department to raise invoices
- Provide administrative support to the Centre Manager
- Be the person that masters the leasing process
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/ Management
- 2 years prior experience in property leasing would be an advantage
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to multi-task
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word
- Excellent English and French - both verbal and written.
Roster system
- Late Duty (Once per week maximum)
The employee needs to perform a late duty (starts work at 12h30 and finishes at 20h30), during weekdays (Monday to Thursday).
- Weekend Duty (Once per month maximum)
The employee needs to be on duty for any two shifts during the weekend he/she is on duty:
- Friday late shift (14h00 to 22h00)
- Saturday early shift (08h30 to 14h00)
- Saturday late shift (14h00 to 22h00)
- Sunday shift (08h30 to 15h00)
