Learning & Development Officer

Aquarelle Clothing Ltd is looking for a dynamic and hardworking candidate who is willing to tackle challenges on a daily basis, backed by an innovative mindset that is always on the go to bring a creative touch to support our Learning and Development department.

What will you be doing:

1. Delivering and overseeing the training of individuals or groups of employees
2. Compiling and presenting information according to our set of KPI’
3. Supervising and monitoring progress made via training programmes or schemes
4. Ensuring employees receive statutory required training
