TotalEnergies is looking for a Lubricant Sales Representative to join it's team!
ACTIVITIES
As part of his/ her missions, the potential candidate will be in charge of:
- Achieving defined sales targets for existing B2B clients within specified time frames.
- The identification of new potential customers and approach them with our offers.
- Assisting the Lubricant Sales Manager in the preparation of offers and development, preparation and implementation of marketing strategies.
- Performing regular site visits to customer locations to sell products & services, establishing relationships and solving problems/ answering queries.
- Coordinating and participating actively in promotional events and advertising campaigns.
- Ensuring adherence to internal procedures and relevant legislations.
- Maintaining high standards of customer service and providing support in managing customer complaints.
- Giving appropriate technical recommendations with respect to industrial machinery lubricants requirements as well as provide training on Lubricants to clients.
- Assisting the Lubricant Sales Manager in the upselling of sustainable lubricant products and other recycled products.
- Customer aftersales such as oil monitoring and/ or introduction of new oil.
- Assisting the Lubricant Sales Manager in business development such as oil analysis and oil management system.
- And assisting in back-office operations as and when required.
Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / manufacturing/ chemical engineering
- At least 3 years’ experience in sales (Experience in technical sales industrial and automotive engineering is highly desirable)
- Self-driven and highly motivated as well as customer focused
- Good organisational skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Clean and valid private vehicle driving license
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Good team player
- Ability to work outside normal working hours when required.
