LINEN ATTENDANT - BEACHCOMBER CATERING

Beachcomber Catering is looking for a motivated Linen Attendant to join their Linen department.

Main responsibilities:

 •To check linen (i.e: remove stain, hair, dust, etc…)

• Prepare and pack linen as per set standard plan & specifications,

• To correctly follow the laundry cycle process (washing, drying and ironing of linen),

•Deliver linen to the respective departments and record in the Linen Delivery book,

•Conduct inventory as and when required and submit figures to the Head of Section,

• To ensure good housekeeping all the time.

Qualifications and profile:

 •F3 or Equivalent

 Other requirements:

•High level of integrity

•Passionate about service

•Creative in terms of quality and food presentation

•Good communication skills

•Ability to work under pressure

•Valid Food Handler’s Certificate

•Willingness to work odd hours and, weekends and public holidays

•A clean certificate of character is a must
