Kitchen Technician

Provides maintenance, attends to repairs all kitchen & laundry equipments as per standards, gives recommendation on replacement of equipment

Take part in training and implement accordingly
Keep his superior informed about all unusual matters concerning any plans affecting his/her area
Conduct and ensure that employees receive adequate and satisfactory on-the-job training
Carry out effective and efficient services and assistance for both internal and external customers
Follow up of preventive and corrective actions on kitchen & laundry equipments on the Domain
Recommend on replacement of equipment
Minimize wastage
Provide maintenance in kitchen and housekeeping and attend to repairs effectively and efficiently
Report and carry out all preventive and corrective actions required and give feedback
Fill in all paperworks as required
Maintain all kitchen and housekeeping equipment as per Standards
