7 | Ensure that Vipertex is being updated on a daily basis |
8 | Ensure proper leave management for kitchen team |
9 | Participate actively in Eco Standard/Sustainable Responsibility set by the hotel |
10 | Ensure energy saving (electricity and water) |
11 | Comply with Quality Management System, HACCP and S&H regulations and policies |
12 | Receive and examine work programmes from superior |
13 | Respect and apply SOP |
14 | Ensure compliance to all safety standards |
15 | Respect procedures for food handling purposes |
16 | Ensure the cleaning of the workplace |
17 | Follow up and act according to HR Procedure |
18 | Follow up of Uniforms desclaimer from process |
19 | Record of all overtime with reason on excel format |
20 | Monthly report of overtime as per standard format |
21 | Ensure that operation related information is being communicated to the Kitchen Operation Team and Outlet Chefs |
22 | Comply with all the sustainability commitments and practices implemented within business units |
23 | Notify the Sustainable Development Department of any matters that may pose any impact to the environment and society |
