Kids Club Attendant

Preskil Island Resort is looking for competent, committed, passionate, creative and enthusiastic candidates for the post of Kids Club Attendant

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Addressing complaints to manager and resolving problems for guests
• Performing any other job-related duties assigned by their manager or management.
• Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
• Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, and policies and procedures
• Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
• Be environmentally aware
• Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
• Make any necessary adaptations for children with special needs and follow through with the recommendations of parents and therapists.
• Dedicated to the health and safety of children

Qualification:

• Certificate in Child Care & Any certificate related to that field
• 2-3 years working experience in Hotel 
• Organisational Skills, customer service skills, Planning and good communication
• Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Hearing and visual ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations.
