To manage and coordinate key account operations, including the full order process from collection to delivery. Ensure smooth communication with teams and clients, and timely execution of orders, trade activities, and promotions across modern trade customers
Duties & Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of order processing for key accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Collect, consolidate, and validate orders received from merchandisers and field teams.
- Coordinate daily with logistics, warehouse, and finance to ensure smooth fulfillment and invoicing.
- Maintain close collaboration with merchandisers to ensure visibility, planogram, compliance, and trade execution.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor stock levels, pricing, display compliance, and promotional visibility.
- Serve as the first point of contact for operational issues at store level.
- Coordinate the rollout and follow-up of trade promotions across key accounts.
- Ensure all promotional elements (pricing, POSM, stock) are in place as per agreement.
- Monitor execution and report on outcomes and challenges.
- Liaise with the supply chain and finance departments to resolve issues related to stock, delivery, or credit.
- Provide the Commercial Manager with weekly updates on sales performance, execution gaps, and order flow.
- Maintain updated records of customer contacts, order cycles, and promotional calendars.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in FMCG, preferably in key account coordination, merchandising, or sales operations.
Knowledge & Technical Competencies
- Strong Coordination and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and follow-through mentality.
- Field-driven and results oriented.
- Good command of MS Excel and ERP/order systems.
- Able to work independently and solve problems quickly.
