Job description

1. Target undertaking and management: Set distribution targets for various channels. Improve the channel coverage rate. Deploy and implement the sales management review (SMR).
2. Customer management: Develop joint business plans and joint marketing plans with channel partners. Effectively monitor the DOS trend and develop reasonable demand plans through effective customer PSI management. Manage channel partners' credit, payment collection, rebates, etc. Building healthy partnerships;
3. Channel development: Select and certify channel partners. Channel planning and communication for new product launch; Develop the customer TCO (Total Channel Offer) plan.
4. Manage KA channel partners in Mauritius and maintain good relationships between Huawei and KA channel partners.
5. Evaluate and analyze the monthly sales of each KA partner, identify gaps in time, and develop corresponding solutions and improvement measures. Obtain resource support from partners.
6. Accurately master and analyze the inventory and product structure of KA partners, timely request win-win business replenishment or promotion, and optimize the product sales structure.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above

2.Be able to communicate with customers in English and the local language and introduce services in a professional manner.

3. Familiar with the local culture and humanistic environment, excellent negotiation skills and persuasiveness, strong logical and comprehensive analysis capabilities and keen observation, quick thinking, good at learning, and good adaptability;

4. Have experience in channel sales and retail customer management, be able to use Excel and other office software, and understand local market policies, regulations, conventions, and practices.

5. Have strong market development ability and pressure resistance ability and accept customers' calls at any time.
