Junior Quality Associate

Overall Job Purpose 

You will be independently manage low-complexity processes and tasks, support quality operations, and help maintain AGI’s Quality Management System (QMS). You will also ensure that AGI suppliers meet Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.

Responsibilities 

1. End to end management of other quality processes such as complaints and low complexity deviations, change control, CAPA, PQR assessments

    

2. Maintenance of site quality documents and relevant databases to ensure compliance with cGMP

    

3. Maintenance of quality documents to ensure communication of registered details to site for implementation

    

4. Responsible for low complexity Quality processes:

• Analyse data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Own and complete activities related to the process.
• Update procedures according to the applicable GxP standard.
• Train applicable AGI staff when required and ensure that the process is followed.
• Provide guidance and support to end users of the process.
• May include site quality related activities

     5. Support Quality Associates, Senior Quality Associates and Leadership with activities such as Internal / External Audits and GMP related activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Pharmacy or equivalent degree in life sciences.
• Intermediate to Advance Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word and Power Point).
