Junior IT Support Engineer / Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and management of Windows Server environments.
• Provide technical support for customers and Customer IT systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot servers, networks, and connected devices.
• Participate in scheduled maintenance and urgent interventions when required.
• Work flexible and odd-hour shifts as needed.

 Requirements

• Certification in Microsoft Server Administration (MCSA/MCSE or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server technologies.
• Valid driving licence (mandatory).
• Ability to work under pressure and during non-standard hours.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
