Responsible for managing and auditing inventory and delivery operations, reconciling stock movements, monitoring discrepancies, and reporting on inventory, shipments, and replenishments. Supports process improvement and ensures compliance with operational standards.

 

Job Summary

Responsible for performing inventory audit and reporting on all exceptions identified on the Inventory Cycle Processes.

 

Job Description

  1. Plan, organise, and execute daily delivery operations, minimising delays and optimising routes.
  2. Ensure all workshop repairs, returns, and exchanges are efficiently processed to meet delivery timelines.
  3. Drive compliance with operating standards to maintain quality and cost efficiency.

 

Stock tracking and movement monitoring

  1. Reconcile purchase orders, packing list and GRV and report on discrepancies noted during container unloading.
  2. Investigate and tackle variances.
  3. Ensure all stock movement requests are attended to and reflected in database.
  4. Track stock movement and monitor delays.
  5. Perform daily random verifications on product codes, quantity and reconciliation to Inventory System.

Reporting

  1. Submit immediate report of damaged/missing item/s during receipt, movement or delivery.
  2. Report any delays in shipment, movement or delivery of goods.
  3. Report on any discrepancies noted in stock items.
  4. Submit monthly reports on fast- and slow-moving items weekly reports on ageing stock.
  5. Prepare goods movement timeline report to flag delays in delivery.
  6. Monitor and prepare weekly/monthly replenishment reports for star items.
  7. Track rates of accuracy, purchase and return as well as defective items to inform quality control decisions.

Process Improvement

  1. Propose ways to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  2. Coach and train all trainees in reaching the above responsibilities.

 

Desired Profile

  • Good understanding of supply chain procedures, inventory management and product knowledge.
  • Working knowledge of ERP and advance MS Office skills.
  • Wide experience in handling and tracking of goods.
  • Good analytical and logistical thinking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

 

Qualifications/ Experience

  • ACCA Level I or an alternative qualification acceptable to the Company together.
  • At least 1 year of audit or relevant experience.
